Information we collect

When you request a quote or confirm a booking we collect what is needed to run the journey: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel date and time, flight number, passenger count, and any notes you add, such as a gatehouse name, a barn address in Wellington or a child seat request. Payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.

We also collect basic technical information when you visit the site, such as the pages viewed and general device details, in order to keep the site working and understand how it is used.

How we use your information

Booking details are used to operate your transfer: assigning the driver, tracking your inbound flight into MIA, contacting you about pickup logistics, and issuing confirmations and receipts. Contact details are used to reply when you call or write. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your trip details for third-party advertising.

We share only what is necessary to deliver the journey. The assigned driver receives your name, contact number, addresses and any relevant notes. Our payment provider processes the transaction. Where an arrival requires clearance at a gatehouse or a private community, the driver may present the booking name and address for that purpose. We disclose information to authorities only where we are legally required to.

Data retention

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet accounting and tax obligations. Enquiries that do not become bookings are held for a limited period and then deleted.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to the email address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies to keep your session and preferences working, and privacy-focused analytics to understand how visitors use the pages. No personal data is shared with advertising networks.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Children travel as passengers on a booking made by an adult.
