Terms of Service

The service
MIA to Palm Beach is a private car service operated by FG Twelve LLC as part of the TwelveTransfers network. We provide pre-booked transfers between Miami International Airport and destinations in Palm Beach County, and the reverse. Vehicles are operated by licensed drivers and journeys are arranged in advance rather than hailed.
Quotes and payment
Quotes are given per vehicle, not per passenger, and are fixed at the time of booking. The quoted figure includes tolls, airport parking, the included waiting time and the arrivals meet and greet. It does not change because of traffic, the time of day, a public holiday or the winter season. Additional charges may apply only where the journey itself changes, for example an added stop or a destination different from the one booked.
Airport pickups and waiting time
For arrivals into MIA the driver tracks your flight and works from the actual landing time. Included waiting is 30 minutes after a domestic arrival and 60 minutes after an international arrival, measured from landing. Waiting beyond that may be charged at the applicable rate. For departures we agree a pickup time based on your flight; you remain responsible for choosing a departure time that allows for the journey.
Cancellations and changes
Bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Inside that window a charge may apply, since the vehicle and driver have been committed. Where a flight is cancelled by the airline, contact us and we will reschedule or refund without penalty.
Passenger responsibilities
The booking must state the correct passenger count, luggage volume and any items needing extra space, such as golf clubs or equestrian equipment. Vehicle capacities published on the fleet page are limits, not targets. Passengers must wear seat belts, and children must travel in appropriate restraints, which should be requested when booking. Drivers may decline to carry passengers whose behaviour is unsafe.
Gated communities and access
Where a destination requires clearance at a gatehouse or a private community, it is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure the arrival has been registered with that community in advance. We will supply the booking name and address on request, but we cannot guarantee access where clearance has not been arranged.
Delays and events outside our control
We plan journeys with normal traffic in mind and monitor conditions on I-95 and the Turnpike. We are not liable for delays caused by matters outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, bridge openings on the Intracoastal, accidents or airport disruption. Where such an event prevents the journey, we will offer a reschedule or a refund.
Lost property
Items left in a vehicle are logged and held for collection. Contact us as soon as you notice something missing and we will check with the driver. We cannot accept liability for property left behind, though we make reasonable efforts to return it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
